Contact us

Questions about a calculator, corrections to a formula or a tax figure, or anything else — this form reaches us.

Please do not send sensitive information Never include account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, card details or copies of tax returns in this form. We do not need them, and email is not a secure channel for them.

So we can reply. We do not add contact-form addresses to any mailing list.

If you are reporting an error, telling us which calculator and what you entered helps us reproduce it.

Before you write

Some questions are answered faster elsewhere:

  • How a calculator works. Each calculator page includes the formula, a worked example, its assumptions and a FAQ section covering the questions we are asked most.
  • What happens to your data. The Privacy Policy covers what is collected, what is not, and how to request deletion.
  • Whether this is advice. It is not — the Financial Disclaimer explains the limits in detail.

Reporting an error

Error reports are welcome and taken seriously. The most useful ones tell us which calculator, what you entered, what result you got, and what you expected instead. If you have checked the arithmetic by hand and can show your working, better still.

Data and privacy requests

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, use this form and choose "Privacy or data request". We will confirm your identity in a proportionate way before acting on a request. Note that calculator inputs are never sent to us and therefore cannot be deleted by us — they only ever existed in your browser.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice by email, review your specific financial situation informally, recommend products or providers, or tell you what to do with your money. Those require either a licensed professional or, for a paid educational discussion, our consultation service — which is explicit about its own limits.
